Responsibilities
- Management company change requests
- Internal Voice initiatives and improvement opportunities
- Supporting delivery of wider business change impacting Voice
- Representing Voice in audits, meetings, and project discussionsHelping ensure operational change is practical, well‑managed, and embedded effectively within the contact centre
