Responsibilities

  • Managing inboxes and ever-changing diaries
  • Coordinating company-wide meetings, conferences, and board activity
  • Supporting senior leaders with travel and logistics
  • Organising corporate events and key communications
  • Keeping operations running smoothly with hands‑on office management responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organisation and forward‑planning skills
  • Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and board members
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
