- General maintenance
- Update FrontPagePB Intranet with Hearsay resources
- Maintain training materials in elearning GPB only
- Ongoing 1×1 training
- Host office hours
- Profile maintenance and migrations
- Onboarding Hearsay process
- Field request
- Add to tracker
- Share and tracking training
- Send invite with instructions and best practices
- Manage AWM Social Media mailboxes PB AM and IPB
- Trouble shoot and answer questions from sales organization
- Offboarding process
- Remove RSAMs
- Guide Ambassadors to update LinkedIn profile
- Remove from Hearsay
- Update tracker
