Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client surveys via phone and video as appropriate.
  • Authorize client refunds as required.
  • Create and maintain client contract master files.
  • Return missed call messages.
  • Update and maintain CRM database current.
  • Book VIDEO appointments as required.
  • Resolve client complaints using approved policies and procedures.
  • Process and issue sales receipts to clients as necessary.
  • Maintain your work calendar current with appropriate client details at all times.
  • Submit daily reports to management as required.
  • Complete any other customer service type tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Not required
  • Languages: English – Advanced

Employment details

  • Employment: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
  • Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 yearly
