The firm offers whole-of-market advice and has invested in modern technology to ensure advisers can focus on clients rather than admin. The culture is genuinely supportive – regular team events, quarterly get-togethers, and a leadership team that takes coaching and development seriously. This is not a firm where you will be left to sink or swim.
This position is best suited to an experienced adviser who is further on in their career — someone energetic, commercially minded, and hungry to build. The firm will provide a small client bank, but the real opportunity here is new business growth.
The Role…
- Provide independent financial planning advice to a growing client base
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and your own initiative
- Work alongside paraplanners and admin support in a fully equipped office environment
- Be part of a long-term growth plan
This is a five-day, office-based role. The business believes in in-person collaboration and support – if you value that too, you will fit right in.

- Qualified Independent Financial Adviser with solid experience and a strong track record
- A natural “hunter” — proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated by new business
