A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Paralegal to support its rapidly expanding Financial Services and Investment Funds practice in London.

The Team

• Focus on advising asset managers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions
• Strong pipeline of high-value, complex cross-border work
• Direct exposure to senior lawyers and high-profile clients

The Work

The team operates across three key areas:

• Financial Services Regulatory & Transactional Support
• Advising on regulatory aspects of major transactions, including M&A and new product launches
• Strategic Bank Partnerships
• Supporting asset managers in structuring large-scale partnerships with banks (often multi-billion value)
• Structured & Bespoke Financings
• Working on complex, non-standard financing solutions across a range of asset classes, including securitisation and asset-backed structures
