We are a leading high-end residential developer based in North London, renowned for delivering exceptional, design-led homes of the highest quality. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Interior Architect (Mid & Senior Level) to join our in-house design team.
This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to work across a range of luxury residential projects, from concept through to completion.
The Role
You will play a key role in the design and delivery of bespoke, high-specification residential interiors. Working closely with the wider architectural and development teams, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawing packages, developing design concepts, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior architectural concepts for luxury residential schemes
- Produce detailed technical drawings and packages using AutoCAD. Essential.
- Create 3D models and visualisations in SketchUp
- Coordinate layouts, materials, finishes, and bespoke joinery
- Work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and consultants
- Support projects through all stages, from concept to site completion
- Ensure designs meet both aesthetic and technical standards
Requirements
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience in high-end residential design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent technical detailing and spatial planning skills
- Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communicator and team player
