Regional Account Manager – On the Road

OTE £60,000+ | Company Car

This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, increasing deal flow, and helping our partners maximise their finance performance.

The role:

  • Develop and manage relationships with motor dealers across your territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealer partners
  • Act as the key point of contact between dealers and our internal teams
  • Promote our finance products, processes, and lender panel
  • Monitor performance and proactively drive increased deal submissions

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience of selling Automotive Finance products (ideally from a brokerage background)
  • Strong understanding of finance products and FCA-regulated environments
  • A track record of hitting targets and growing accounts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
  • Full UK driving licence
