Creative Designer

ALL THINGS

London | Full-time | Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Hello

We’re ALL THINGS, a modern British dairy brand founded by chef Thomas Straker and Toby Hopkinson.

What started as All Things Butter (known for bold flavours and double-churned butter made from British cream) is now expanding into a wider multi-category dairy brand with lots of NPD and big ambitions.

Our mission is simple: make dairy exciting again.

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to help shape how the brand looks, feels and shows up everywhere – from packaging and campaigns to social, retail and events.

This is a role for someone who loves building brands visually, enjoys getting stuck into the work, and wants to help grow a fast-moving food brand into something iconic.

The Role

As Creative Designer, you’ll be responsible for developing and evolving the visual identity of ALL THINGS as we expand into new products and markets.

You’ll work closely across the business – partnering with marketing, sales, NPD and operations – to bring ideas to life across packaging, campaigns, retail and content.

From new product launches to retailer activations and brand campaigns, you’ll ensure the brand always shows up clearly, consistently and creatively.

This role sits at the centre of how the brand shows up in the world – helping translate product ideas, commercial plans and cultural moments into creative work that people recognise and remember.

You’ll also help establish and evolve creative processes across the business, ensuring projects move smoothly from idea to execution and teams have the assets they need at the right moment.

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll both make the work and help guide the creative direction of the brand as it grows.

The role reports into the Marketing Manager / CMO and works closely with founders and cross-functional teams across the business.

What You’ll Do

Brand & Creative Direction

  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of ALL THINGS across all brand touchpoints
  • Ensure creative consistency across packaging, campaigns, retail, digital and social
  • Help shape how the brand visually grows as we expand into new dairy categories

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, NPD, operations and sales teams to bring new products and campaigns launches to life
  • Translate product and commercial plans into clear, compelling creative outputs
  • Support retailer launches, campaigns and product rollouts with strong visual assets

Packaging & Product

  • Lead packaging design and artworking across our growing product range
  • Develop packaging that stands out on shelf and reinforces the brand’s modern aesthetic

Campaigns & Content

  • Create assets for marketing campaigns, social content and product launches
  • Design digital assets including banners, campaign visuals and website content
  • Support the marketing team in building engaging, visually strong campaigns

Production & Creative Projects

  • Plan and art direct photoshoots and content production
  • Work with photographers, agencies and freelancers when needed
  • Ensure all creative output maintains a high bar for quality and consistency

Retail & Events

  • Design in-store materials, retail displays and event assets
  • Support the sales team with strong creative materials for retailer launches

Team Leadership

  • Help lead and mentor a growing team
  • Work with external creatives and agencies where needed
  • Maintain a strong creative standard across all outputs

Who You Are

  • A strong designer with a portfolio that shows great taste and strong brand thinking
  • Comfortable moving between creative ideas and hands-on design execution
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a “let’s make it happen” mindset
  • Excited about building a brand, not just executing briefs

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Curious, self-starting and collaborative
  • Thrives on learning how to grow brands and taking ownership of their function
  • A strong eye for modern food content – and an instinct for what will actually perform
  • 3–5 years’ experience in consumer marketing or design roles
  • Experience building scalable design systems across multiple channels
  • Exposure to retail and shopper marketing environments

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with food, drink or consumer brands
  • Packaging design experience
  • Photography, motion or video skills
  • A sharp awareness of visual culture, design trends and social content

Why This Role Is Exciting

  • Help build a modern British dairy brand from the ground up
  • Shape how the brand looks as it expands into new categories
  • Work closely with founders and a small, ambitious team
  • See your work on shelves, online and across major retailers

The Package

  • Competitive salary (depending on experience) + bonus and equity options
  • 25 days holiday (pro-rated)
  • ALL THINGS products on tap
  • Regular team socials
  • Hybrid working – 3 days a week in our West London office

Please include your portfolio when applying – we’d love to see your work.
