Customer Service Administrator
NORTHAMPTON – OFFICE BASED – £23000 – £25000 pa

This role sits right at the centre of client communication, data accuracy and internal coordination. It’s not just admin. It’s ownership.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for keeping client cases accurate, up to date and moving in the right direction.
Day to day, that means:
• Reviewing reports and picking up discrepancies quickly
• Correcting errors — from duplicate fees to incorrect account activity
• Managing client queries via email and phone with clear, confident communication
• Keeping case records accurate and audit-ready
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Monitoring progress and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
If something’s not right, you’ll spot it. And deal with it.
What You’ll Need:
• You like detail — genuinely. Not just “can do it if needed”
• You can learn processes quickly and retain them
• You can multitask without losing your place halfway through
• You’re organised, structured and don’t rely on being reminded
• You communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• You’re confident using Excel and systems
• You stay calm when things get busy
