Client Relationship Manager

Reports to: Operations Manager

Role Purpose

Provide high-quality administrative and client support to Financial Advisers, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

  • Act as first point of contact for clients (phone, email, in person)
  • Manage adviser diaries and coordinate meetings
  • Handle client queries and maintain strong relationships
  • Track and follow up on actions from client meetings

New Business Processing

  • Prepare meeting packs and onboarding documents
  • Submit and manage applications accurately and on time
  • Liaise with clients to obtain required information
  • Process trades, fund switches, and policy updates

Client Reviews

  • Schedule and support review meetings
  • Prepare valuation and review reports
  • Maintain compliant and up-to-date client records
  • Ensure follow-ups and agreed actions are completed

Administration & Systems

  • Maintain CRM records and upload file notes
  • Handle general admin tasks and documentation
  • Process requests (e.g. surrenders, claims)
  • Support team coverage and escalate risks when needed

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented

Desirable

  • Experience in financial services administration
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Clear communication (written and verbal)
