The Role
- Lead, inspire and develop a team of Area and Store Managers
- Drive sales performance and profitability across multiple locations
- Ensure excellence in client experience and brand execution
- Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
The Profile
- 5–10 years’ experience in multi-site retail leadership
- Strong background within premium / contemporary retail
- Proven track record of delivering commercial results
- Inspirational leader with a hands-on, people-first approach
- Highly analytical with a strategic mindset
