Cost Manager

We’re supporting a leading organisation in the data centre / critical infrastructure sector to hire a Cost Manager for their London team.

This role sits within a project environment delivering high-value, mission-critical projects, with responsibility for end-to-end cost management across building and MEP works.

Key focus areas include:

• Cost planning, budgeting, and financial control
• Supporting procurement and tendering activities
• Contract administration, valuations, and final accounts
• Managing cost risk, change, and commercial performance

You’ll be working closely with project, commercial, and procurement teams, playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Ideal background:

• Proven cost management / quantity surveying experience
• Exposure to MEP, construction, or data centre environments
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement
