Product Quality & Compliance Lead

Jewellery / Accessories | London (Hybrid) | £70–80k + bonus

This is a critical hire for a fast‑growing consumer brand scaling globally.

Looking for a senior quality operator to take full ownership of product quality and compliance across jewellery, watches and accessories — building structure where it doesn’t yet fully exist and raising standards as the business grows.

What you’ll do

• Build and embed a scalable quality & compliance framework
• Own testing, standards and regulatory compliance (UK, EU, international)
• Lead supplier quality: onboarding, audits, performance and accountability
• Translate technical standards into practical, commercial processes
• Use data to reduce defects, returns and quality risk
• Partner with Product, Buying and Merch teams to embed quality from day one

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in jewellery or closely related categories
• Proven background in QA / QC / compliance at scale
• Deep knowledge of materials, testing and regulatory standards
• Confident managing global suppliers
• Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable in fast‑moving environments
