Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join a day centre setting in the Antrim area. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 2:30pm. We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.71 per hour from Monday to Friday, £17.64 per hour on Saturdays, and £22.90 per hour on Sundays. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient food preparation environment for patients, staff, and visitors, with key responsibilities including: ? Assisting with basic food preparation ? Serving meals and beverages ? Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment ? Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and food service areas ? Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times ? Assisting with stock rotation and storage of food supplies What We Need From You Previous experience working in a similar environment.
