Quality Assurance Lead

Senior QA Lead, accountable for technical QA excellence across projects and platforms. Owns automation, AI-enabled testing, non‑functional quality, and third‑party QA governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end test delivery: strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and closure
• Define QA standards, frameworks, tooling, and test architecture
• Drive Playwright (C#) automation and enterprise regression tooling
• Embed QA within CI/CD using Azure DevOps
• Own AI QA roadmap and adoption of AI‑enabled testing tools
• Provide QA governance for third‑party vendors and external delivery
• Act as QA escalation point for quality risks
• Report test progress, metrics, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–7+ years QA experience; 3+ years in a lead role
• Strong test automation coding (C#, .NET preferred)
• Enterprise systems, integrations, and vendor management
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
