Retail Systems Technical Analyst | London (Hybrid)

Our client, an established retail organisation, is looking for a Retail Systems Technical Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity based in London, with 3 days a week onsite.

This is a hands‑on role supporting and enhancing retail and omnichannel systems across a multi‑site, international environment. You’ll work closely with vendors, internal tech teams, and store operations to ensure critical systems (POS, payments, inventory) run smoothly.

• Support and maintain retail systems including POS, payments, and inventory platforms
• Investigate and resolve incidents impacting store operations
• Work with external vendors and internal teams to meet SLAs
• Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and new store openings
• Analyse system performance and drive continuous improvements
