What you will do

• Develop project plans and proposals that support and improve the business.
• Oversee all stages of assigned projects from concept through to final acceptance, ensuring work meets design, safety, and environmental standards.
• Draft technical specifications and requests for quotations from OEMs and contractor partners.
• Ensure project engineering activities are completed on time, within budget, safely, and to the designed standard.
• Problem‑solve and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will need

• A strong background in Heavy Industry, preferably with a degree in Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status desirable but not essential.
• Solid understanding of project management techniques, risk assessment, and safety study methods.
• High level of competency in Electrical disciplines.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to represent the business externally as a company ambassador.
