Role: Production Manager (x2)

Salary: £250 – 300 per day D.O.E.
Location: Wake The Tiger, London Westfield (Shepherd’s Bush)
The Role
We are seeking two highly skilled, organised, and proactive Production Managers to assist our Snr Production Manager to oversee the logistics and build operations of the Rooms and Installations at our new London site. The roles will be split with one focusing on Art Dept and the other on Set and Scenic.
These pivotal roles will coordinate multi-departmental delivery, daily site operations, to ensure our ambitious designs are realised safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard – this will be time split between site floor and office.
Key Responsibilities
Build Management & Site Operations
- Ensure the Set, Scenic and Art Dept.’s have clear instructions on schedule and install requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day production delivery, ensuring progress against timeline and addressing issues swiftly.
- Coordinate access, deliveries, materials storage, site logistics and transport.
- Ensure clear communication between all delivery teams.
- Work closely with the production mgmt team to ensure a cohesive build.
Supplier, Crew, and Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate multiple leads across the Art Dept – props, buying and dressing.
- Coordinate multiple leads across set, scenic, decor and general.
- Ensure all freelancers and contractors are inducted, briefed, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce compliance with CDM, health and safety, fire safety, and safeguarding procedures.
- Work with Health & Safety leads to maintain and enforce up-to-date RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for all parties.
- Ensure all sets are safely installed, secure, and structurally sound before handover.
- On completion provide a complete set of overhead rigging information to act as the basis for ongoing checks.
Administration/Coordination
- Turn designs into clear timelines, schedules and actions.
- Keep admin and information updated – clear lines of comms.
- Track what’s confirmed, changing and sign-offs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, build, and install activity.
- Resourcing and feasibility checks.
- Flag risks early and support problem solving.
- Manage safe working onsite and site requirements.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Knowledge of Set build, scenic detail and Art Dept. processes and structure.
- Strong experience managing complex set builds, productions, or construction sites for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, set fabrication, and materials.
- In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations, CDM responsibilities, and site management.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a wide range of contractors and personalities.
- Comfortable using scheduling and reporting tools.
- Ability to work full-time on site in West London.
