Role Overview
As part of our dedicated team of consultants you will offer advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into the Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn the products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to guide them to a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand our products – packed with natural ingredients sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes.
- Learn our customers’ needs and recommend any of our 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products.
- Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Interest in connecting with customers to drive engagement.
- Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
