Job Summary
Full‑time Sales Counsellor (40 hours/week) for our South Molton store. The position is available in May 2026 for the opening of our new store.
Responsibilities
- Offer our customers a unique and immersive experience through personalized storytelling by introducing them to the world of our House, our timeless products and our exceptional creations.
- Build loyalty among our local and international clientele through excellent service.
- Maintain the quality standards of our House, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and a meticulous presentation of the boutique.
- Actively participate in inventory management, optimizing the flow of merchandise.
- Manage store openings and closings with rigor and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant in the fashion industry.
- Dynamic and excellent communicator with leadership qualities, a capacity to listen and federate teams.
- Driving force behind the positive development of the store; take the initiative without hesitation.
- Imbued with genuine retail and fashion culture.
