Title: Projects Manager

Location: North of England region

Salary: up to £50,000 per annum plus car or car allowance

Responsibilities

  • Deploy our marketing assets to support renewals, tender activity and client engagement.
  • Work closely with operations to identify opportunities and ensure brand consistency.
  • Lead and support new business mobilisation projects, ensuring seamless delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams (Operations, HR, Food, H&S, Procurement) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage milestones, and oversee structured handovers to operational teams.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • Utilise project management tools to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Identify, scope, and execute local marketing opportunities in collaboration with operations teams.
  • Ensure all regional marketing activity remains fully brand compliant and strategically aligned.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar project role with a focus on the marketing side.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Confidence supporting tenders and proposals.
  • Flexible, organised and a strong team player.
  • Ability to travel when required.
