We’re working with a leading advertising agency who are looking for an Analytics Manager to join on a contract basis, supporting their consumer brand/
This sits within a large, well-established data team and focuses heavily on CRM, customer data and audience strategy. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customer data is used across campaigns, working closely with campaign managers and wider marketing teams.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead on CRM and customer data segmentation to support campaign delivery
• Work closely with Campaign Managers to define audiences and optimise targeting
• Support decision-making around audience overlaps, exclusions and performance
• Contribute to audience strategy – including personalisation, unsubscribe management and overall “air traffic control” of campaigns
• Deliver insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in CRM and customer data segmentation
• Experience working closely with Campaign Managers / marketing teams
• Understanding of audience strategy and lifecycle management
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
