Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit a part time Financial Services/Lettings Administrator based in our Milngavie Branch (16 hours p/w) At R&G we pride ourselves on providing a friendly and professional advice service. The role of Financial Services/Lettings Administrator will involve: Administration support as instructed by the Director/Office Manager Preparation of appropriate paperwork Managing diary and all round business support Accurately maintain information on back-office systems to ensure all compliance requirements are adhered to Track progress of business with lenders and providers Liaise with clients, where necessary The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Well presented Excellent people skills Good time management and prioritisation skills Proficient in MS Office The ability to multitask and manage workloads Self motivated Hours of work: 9am – 1pm (Mon – Thur) Position will be reviewed after 1 month To apply please send CV and covering letter.41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15…
