The Opportunity

Your Role
You’ll act as the central control tower across a live portfolio of 50+ sites, ensuring everything from planning to energisation runs smoothly.
- Own the end-to-end delivery programme
- Drive performance across multi-site infrastructure rollout
- Identify and unblock risks, delays & bottlenecks
- Align design, grid, construction & commercial teams
- Build reporting, systems & scalable delivery processes
In short: you make delivery predictable, controlled, and scalable
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing multi-site infrastructure programmes
- Strong grasp of critical path, dependencies & delivery risk
- Background in construction, energy, utilities or EV
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
