We’re looking for a passionate Junior Graphic Designer / Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative team. The level of this role is dependent on experience, and we welcome applications from those with between 1-3 years experience in Design. You’ll be collaborating closely with our Creative/Marketing team to create compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience, drive growth and effectively communicate our brand messaging.

The role is pivotal in ensuring that all assets are exemplary in their design and delivered with consistency across all channels. You’ll need to be obsessed with design and focused on delivering a consistent brand look and feel.

Within this role you will report into the Founder/Creative Director, to deliver market leading creative. You will need to leverage Percival’s strong brand identity and unique positioning in the Menswear Fashion market.

The Role

Execute all brand design assets – across paid, owned and earned channels, conceptualizing design concepts and ensuring they’re optimised across all channels. This will largely focus on email, paid social, web and social assets day-to-day.

Some print design is included for our stores and special projects, this is a small part of this role but some print production experience is preferential but not essential.

Collaborate with the wider Creative team (Social & Content Editor, Photographer and Art Director) to create cohesive and engaging omnichannel campaigns and product launches. Contributing to the brand’s overall creative vision and bringing it to life.

Support Photographer with E-commerce retouching and re-sizing following all e-comm shoots.

Liaise with Marketing/Brand and Retail teams to regularly (monthly) review all creative output and implement ongoing improvements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and branding to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.

Who you are

  • Highly organised, able to work across multiple projects and briefs efficiently.
  • Graphic design experience (1-3 years) level of the role is dependent on experience.
  • Experience focused on digital design is preferable.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly XD.
  • Experience developing omnichannel assets for Social, Email, Web, Performance Marketing.
  • Motion graphics/animation experience is preferential but not essential.
  • Strong typography skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Hands on and self-motivated
