A market-leading international law firm is seeking to strengthen its Manchester Projects team with transactional construction and projects lawyers across NQ–6 PQE and 7+ PQE levels. The team advises on complex non-contentious construction, infrastructure and energy matters, operating as a standalone projects practice rather than a property support function, with work spanning the UK and internationally.
The role involves drafting and negotiating major construction and engineering contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke arrangements, advising on procurement strategies, project structuring and risk allocation. The team is heavily involved in flagship projects across energy and utilities, transport infrastructure, urban regeneration and large-scale real estate, including nuclear, renewables, rail, PPP/PFI and international EPC mandates.
Applications are welcomed from UK or overseas-qualified solicitors with experience in non-contentious construction or projects work, whether focused on real estate construction, infrastructure or energy.
