A fast-growing UK digital strategy consultancy is hiring a Principal AI Strategy Consultant to lead high-impact AI and digital transformation programmes. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines deep AI strategy expertise, consulting credibility, and the ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels of industry.

The Role

• Lead large, complex AI and digital strategy engagements
• Translate AI ambition into executable strategy, governance, and delivery roadmaps
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, data, engineering, and delivery functions
• Own programme outcomes, client relationships, and commercial performance
• Shape and evolve AI strategy offerings and consulting methodologies
• Provide expert guidance on AI capability, risk, ethics, and responsible adoption
• Contribute to thought leadership, market positioning, and reusable intellectual property

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience leading strategic advisory engagements within consulting
• Deep expertise in AI/ML strategy, digital transformation, and data-driven organisations
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align complex organisations
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary programmes and teams
• Strong commercial acumen and business development track record
• Active UK Security Clearance required
• MBA or equivalent senior leadership experience desirable
