Your Day-to-Day
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver attentive, consultative service think personal styling, not transactional selling
- Create a store environment that’s elegant, welcoming, and emotionally engaging.
- Handle customer queries with warmth and professionalism especially during those once in a lifetime purchases
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence
- Support your team’s growth through coaching, feedback, and development
- Monitor performance and take action to drive results
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed to the highest standard
