Location: Hull – Hybrid

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000

Elevation HR are supporting one of their growing clients to recruit a Head of HR Operations to run and optimise the day-to-day HR function in a fast-paced Business Services environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to keep HR running smoothly, processes tight, data accurate, and everything compliant.

What you’ll do

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
• Own and improve HR processes (onboarding, payroll, benefits, offboarding)
• Oversee HR systems, data, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
• Manage and develop the HR operations team
• Fix inefficiencies and keep things running properly

What you’ll bring

• Strong HR operations leadership experience
• Solid understanding of HR processes, systems, and compliance
• Hands-on, detail-focused approach
• Proven track record of improving processes and delivery
• Minimum Level 5 CIPD Qualified
