Business Development Manager

A national law firm is looking to recruit a permanent BD Manager to work across multiple service teams. This is a new role and reflects growth across the whole firm. Reporting into the Head of BD, the role will see you:
- acting as a strategic advisor to the group leads, advising them on market strategy
- recommending client care and supporting key client programmes, pitches, pricing input and win/loss analysis
- developing business development and marketing initiatives such as campaigns and cross-office initiatives, in line with the firm’s wider strategy
- driving events, profile‑raising, PR, directories and digital activity
- use data and market information to analyse and map ROI

- You will have proven BD experience in a similar role within professional services
- Ideally bring experience of developing a successful practice/sector and can your own ideas
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial judgement
- Experience working across multiple teams, offices and international markets
