We’re looking for a Business Improvement Manager to drive smarter decision making and continuous improvement across the business. This is a high-impact role where you’ll turn data and insight into action, partner with senior stakeholders, and help shape strategic planning.
You’ll play a key role in improving how we measure performance, build business cases, and deliver meaningful insights that influence real outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive Continuous Improvement Identify and implement improvements to reporting, tools, and processes—making insights faster, clearer, and more impactful.
Turn Data into Insight Ensure high-quality, reliable data (both qualitative and quantitative) underpins business planning and strategic decisions.
Partner with Stakeholders Work closely with teams across the business to understand priorities, support planning cycles, and develop robust business cases.
Embed Best Practice Champion proven methodologies and tools, bringing in best practice from internal teams and external partners (including NR, DfT and DfTO) to improve consistency, efficiency, and innovation.
Deliver High-Quality Reporting Own the delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate, and aligned to business needs—including key submissions such as Performance-Based Fee scorecards.
Ensure Compliance and Governance Maintain strong standards across data handling and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements.
