Executive Search Director – Real Estate & Asset Management
We are looking to appoint an experienced search professional to our London team, focused on delivering senior leadership mandates across the Real Estate and Asset Management landscape.
This role sits firmly at the top end of the market, partnering with investors, boards and executive teams to shape leadership across Real Estate investment platforms, asset managers, and their underlying portfolio businesses.
The opportunity
You will lead retained mandates across a broad client base within Real Estate and Asset Management, working directly with Partners, Investment Committees, Operating Partners and C-suite leaders on critical hires.
This is a role for someone who is already operating at a high level and wants a platform that matches both their ambition and capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute retained search mandates end-to-end
- Advise clients on leadership strategy, succession planning and talent mapping
- Build and maintain senior relationships across real estate funds, asset managers and portfolio companies
- Deliver market insights and intelligence specific to real estate and asset management talent markets
- Contribute to the continued growth and positioning of the Real Estate & Asset Management practice
Profile
- 6+ years’ experience in executive search or specialist recruitment within Real Estate and/or Asset Management
- A demonstrable, consistent track record of delivering and billing at a high level
- Strong network and credibility with senior stakeholders across real estate investment, development, and asset management platforms
- Highly commercial, intellectually sharp and execution-focused
- Operates with pace, ownership and uncompromising standards
