Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Install Engineer looking to take ownership of your work and progress your career further?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a mix of comfort cooling and critical cooling projects, with clear scope to move into a Supervisory role as you develop within the business.

The role

You’ll be responsible for the installation and delivery of a range of air conditioning and cooling systems, including:

  • Split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems
  • Air handling units and ventilation systems
  • CRAC units and critical cooling equipment

You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with specifications — managing installs, coordinating works and effectively running your own jobs.

What they’re looking for

  • Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems
  • Ability to run jobs and manage site activity effectively
  • Strong understanding of installation standards and best practice
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • City & Guilds / NVQ in Refrigeration & AC (preferred)
  • F-Gas qualification (essential)
