£70,000–£80,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Hybrid (4 days in the office)

Join a fast-growing expat banking team at an exciting point of expansion. This newly created role will support the Head of Expat Banking in building and deepening relationships with high-value clients from the Middle East and GCC who are looking for banking services such as opening accounts, placing deposits and wealth management advice. You’ll be at the heart of the client proposition, managing relationships, identifying opportunities to grow deposits, and delivering a first-class banking experience. This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded relationship banker who wants to help shape a growing area of the bank.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of expat clients, with a strong focus on relationship management and client retention.
  • Support client acquisition activity across the Middle East and GCC markets alongside the Expat Banking Head.
  • Drive deposit growth through tailored conversations, needs-based recommendations, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver responsive, professional service and resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Work closely with onboarding, operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
  • Maintain strong KYC, AML, and risk standards across all client interactions.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in client relationship management within private banking, wealth management, or international expat banking. ESSENTIAL
  • Strong exposure to high-net-worth or internationally mobile clients. ESSENTIAL
  • A commercial mindset with a proven ability to grow deposits or liabilities. ESSENTIAL
  • Solid understanding of banking products, including deposits, FX, international mortgages, and savings. ESSENTIAL
  • Strong appreciation of AML, KYC, and suitability requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
