Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Working pattern: Office-based
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor who genuinely gets design and delivery someone who understands that commercial precision and creative ambition aren’t opposites, they’re partners.
Based in Central London and reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll take ownership of cost management across beautifully designed spaces, keeping projects on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
What you’ll be doing: Leading cost planning across design-led interiors and build projects, preparing estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts, managing tender documents and contracts, and running value engineering that enhances rather than dilutes the design. You’ll also be the person who makes cost reporting feel effortless — clear, consistent, and genuinely useful for clients and teams alike.
What we’re looking for: Someone with experience across contractor and client-side roles, ideally in retail, hospitality, or design-led interiors. You’ll have a proven track record delivering high-end fit-outs up to £5m, strong Excel skills, a full UK driving licence, and the confidence to translate numbers into narratives clients actually understand.
This is a role for someone who cares about great design and wants to play a real part in making it happen commercially.
