What you’ll do
- Deal Execution: Assist in the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including conducting financial analysis, preparing marketing materials, drafting presentations, and managing due diligence processes.
- Financial Modelling: Develop detailed financial models to evaluate potential transactions, assess valuation scenarios, and analyse the financial impact on clients.
- Client Interaction: Support senior members of the team with client interaction.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation, including offering memorandums, pitch materials, and deal-related correspondence.
- Due Diligence: Assist in coordinating due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing data rooms, and facilitating information exchange.
What we’re looking for?
- You must speak fluent Italian.
- Experience: Previous experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance. With 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Financial Skills: Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis techniques.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work products within tight deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various industries and sectors, as well as an understanding of key business drivers and industry dynamics.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information and interacting with clients and colleagues.

Anesi Advisors is a London-based boutique investment bank start up that provides M&A advisory services to SME and lower mid-market business owners. We are focused on founder led companies – connecting with entrepreneurs and fighting for the best possible outcome for them in selling their businesses.
Our founders Bradley Miles and Henry Lewis grew up in entrepreneurial families so appreciate the emotional burdens of running a business. They started Anesi to provide bulge bracket investment banking services to a part of the market that historically has not had this available to them. Underpinned by Bradley’s investment banking experience and Henry’s career in management consulting, we have formed a business that is centred around excellence and trustworthy representation.
