Assessment and Support Officer – Cambridge

We have a vacancy for a part time Assessment and Support Officer within our busy Choice Based Lettings team.
As an Assessment & Support Officer you will:
- Verify and assess housing register applications in line with the Councils Lettings Policy.
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Work closely with colleagues and partners
We are looking for someone who is:
- Personable with exceptional customer service skills
- Has strong administrative skills.
- Motivated and committed to achieving positive outcomes

Hours: This is a part time role, for 18.5 hours per week.
Working Pattern: To be agreed with successful candidate
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £29,540 – £32,061 per annum (City Pay Band 3), pro rata for part time.
Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
