Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of MTN Cameroon for multiple senior leadership opportunities across key business functions.

This is a unique opportunity to meet directly with MTN hiring managers and HR leaders, as well as representatives from leading African institutions including Afreximbank, Helios Towers, and the African Development Bank.
We are specifically looking to engage Cameroonian diaspora talent based in Europe who are open to relocating to Cameroon and contributing to the country’s digital and economic transformation.
Role Overview
The CFO will lead financial strategy, governance, and performance management, ensuring strong financial health and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial strategy and business performance
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management
- Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives
- Lead and develop high-performing finance teams
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting + CA/ACCA/CIMA preferred
- 8+ years experience (5+ at senior leadership level)
- Telecom / FMCG / banking experience advantageous
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
