Full-Time | £32,000 – £35,000 | Immediate Start Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands‑on Hotel Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a small hotel located in the heart of Norwich city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while efficiently managing a small, close‑knit team.

The Role

• Overseeing daily hotel operations, including front of house, housekeeping, and guest services
• Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring an excellent guest experience
• Managing bookings, occupancy levels, and revenue performance
• Leading, motivating, and supporting a small team
• Handling guest queries, feedback, and resolving any issues promptly
• Managing rotas, staffing levels, and recruitment where required
• Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are met
• Monitoring budgets, costs, and general financial performance
• Maintaining the overall presentation and standards of the hotel

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Hotel Manager or Assistant Manager role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A hands‑on approach with a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Good understanding of hotel systems, bookings, and operations
• Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
