We are now looking for a Graduate Quality Engineer to expand our team.
About the Role
This role is designed to provide structured development within Quality Engineering, while also offering exposure across multiple engineering disciplines. As a Graduate Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting product quality, continuous improvement and manufacturing readiness as we approach launch.
You will gain experience across:
- Quality Engineering
- Supporting quality processes, non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manufacturing & Quality Integration
- Participation in virtual builds, dry trial builds and production readiness activities
- Design & Engineering Collaboration
- Working closely with design, mechanical and electrical teams to ensure quality is embedded from concept through to production
- Supporting incoming goods inspection processes, part conformity checks & investigations utilising precision equipment.
- Change Management
- Involvement in engineering change requests, design for manufacture reviews and quality maturation (PPAP/APQP).

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive or similar)
- Strong interest in Quality Engineering, continuous improvement and problem‑solving
- Right to work in the UK as we do not currently hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to provide visa sponsorship.
- Ability to commute to Coventry, with occasional travel to Lowestoft or other locations as required

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Location: Coventry (Head Office), with occasional travel to Lowestoft
