Are you an experienced Anaesthetic and Recovery practitioner with a passion for education? Are you driven to develop others, shape high‑quality perioperative practice, and champion the delivery of outstanding patient care?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Anaesthetic and Recovery Clinical Educator to join our dynamic WTWA Theatres Education Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver tailored teaching for all WTWA theatre colleagues, focusing on core skills for new starters, newly registered staff and practitioners new to theatre.
• Promote evidence‑based practice, support clinical standards and act as a role‑model within clinical areas.
• Provide visible clinical support, contributing to high‑quality care and excellent patient experience.
• Facilitate clinical skills development, competency assessment and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
• Advise on role competencies and contribute to the development and review of relevant competencies to ensure they reflect best practice and remain aligned with local and national guidelines and policies.
