The Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Barnsley team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment, particularly individuals with a background in education.
You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with schools and education professionals, matching candidates to roles, and supporting schools with their staffing needs.
Working Hours
- Term time: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Reduced hours during school holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools and education staff
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles
- Managing client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions
- Meeting and exceeding targets in a fast‑paced environment
- Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
