Customer Account Executive

Crick, Northamptonshire

Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 plus Annual Bonus

Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch

1 x day per week remote working (after 3 months)

About the Client

Our highly successful and forward‑thinking client is looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Executive, based at their Head office in Crick.

The customer service team are multi-disciplined, customer‑driven, delivering an excellent service.

Duties

• Compiling quotes
• Checking stock availability
• Processing customer orders onto SAP
• Internal account management
• Working closely with the Sales Manager supporting the external sales force
• Liaising with worldwide manufacturing facilities
• All administration relating to the department/role
• Learn technical product knowledge

Person Specification

• 3 years’ plus experience working in a customer service environment, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Competent in IT including Microsoft Office 365
• Ecommerce experience

• A knowledge of SAP would be advantage although a comprehensive training program will be provided

Holidays

26 days plus bank holidays. None required to keep back for Christmas.
