Job Description

In your role as a Senior Human Capital Insights (HCI) Analyst, you will partner with team members and other collaborators to identify data and analytics needs. You’ll use storytelling skills to bring data to life for executive audiences and help client groups and leaders interpret results, discuss implications, and support data literacy. You bring solid skills in analytics and data management, a passion for creating innovative solutions, and a commitment to serving as an authority for HR data and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Use multiple systems to produce reports in response to requests from leaders and HR clients, coordinating with requesters to verify business needs and clarify requirements.
  • Identify appropriate data sources, develop and test queries, perform quality verification of data to ensure accuracy, and provide products within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data observations, independently lead a variety of efforts to ensure HCI’s active participation in projects.
  • Maintain understanding of all HR management system (HRMS) modules and provide support on any data set as required, identifying and implementing standardized processes for reporting and analysis.
  • Identify data issues through analysis and collaboration with the HR Systems team, define data audit procedures and requirements, design audit queries, perform scheduled audits, and raise system issues for resolution.
  • Lead incoming requests through an intake process, engage with clients to ensure alignment with requirements, analyze requests, and delegate work appropriately.
  • Support regulatory reporting inquiries and implement consistent metric reviews across Board Management Committees.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with data analysis, reporting, or consulting.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate, understand requests, and communicate results and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience organizing and running project plans.

Desired Skills

  • Education or training focused in HR, Analytics, Maths, Finance, or Statistics.

Experience With HR Analytics And HRMS (Workday Preferred)

  • Experience with data manipulation and visualization.
  • Experience with statistical programs (e.g., R, Python).

Work Environment

We are a client‑centric, relationship‑based business with a focus on in‑person collaboration. Employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Specific in‑office expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.
