The Financial Controller will lead the company’s financial management, reporting, and control functions. This role ensures robust financial governance while supporting strategic decision-making in a scaling, sustainability-focused business.
Hybrid role based in our Sutton Office.
What will you be doing?

What you’ll bring?
- Fully Qualified Accountant with a recognised body such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Understanding of key accounting and financial policies
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering or FP&A role
- Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting operational teams
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modellingStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
