Overview

A local authority based in London is seeking a Housing Litigation Lawyer for an initial period of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full caseload from the outset, including housing possessions, anti-social behaviour injunctions, housing disrepair and homelessness matters.
• Demonstrate experience of handling a full and complex caseload, including drafting skills and advocacy.
• preferably candidates with local government experience.

Qualifications

• Practising certificate required to be considered for the role.
• Ability to attend the office once a week.
