Site Manager – West Drayton
To be part of a Security Management Team providing operational management to a team of security supervisors, controllers and security officers.
Reporting to the Strategic Account Manager, and in conjunction with the Client Management team the role will drive the guard force team to deliver ‘best in class’ performance standards at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Determine, foster and maintain key relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and guide a team of Team Leaders and promoting growth and knowledge
- Review training resources and update as necessary on the training matrix
- Maintain records and associated administration.
- Prepare and /or contribute to any necessary reports as deemed necessary by the Account Manager or other stakeholders.
- Liaise with Training and Operation support Coordinator to ensure induction training and continual training is achieved
- Develop, in conjunction with the ICTS and the client management team, communication initiatives within the cluster to improve health and safety, performance standards and compliance.
- Attend meetings, as appropriate to role.
- Other duties as required, to promote and improve the Operational standards and performance of the account, relevant to the role.
- Setting objectives for the site team – and measuring the results.

An experienced security professional, you’ll ensure the prevention and detection of stock loss and respond to emergencies including fire evacuation, conflict management and physical intervention. You will also use your strong IT skills to maintain and organise systems and records including rotas, monthly reports, budgets and payroll.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll work closely with client representatives, customers and colleagues to investigate, understand and resolve problems. You will also support your supervisors by carrying out ‘hands-on’ operational activities if required, including disciplinary and grievance meetings, mentoring and performance management.
Standard hours are 50 hours per week, Monday – Friday. However, the data centre operates 24/7 and you will need to be flexible to manage and support your team as required.
Experience and Requirements
- Strong operational and client management skills

- Commercial focus and willingness to make decisions
- Excellent computer literacy and administration skills
- An SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license and CCTV license
- Five years’ checkable history, right to work and references
- To pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards
