Profile

You will be joining a company that has deep machining and engineering expertise that allows them to have long-term, sustainable growth, and has an ambitious long-term strategy within the Aerospace sector as part of a family owned organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality department, setting direction and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Act as a key member of the Senior Team, contributing to business planning, risk management, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and continually improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to meet AS9100 and regulatory requirements.
• Champion a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace standards (e.g., EN9100) and relevant customer or regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AS9100 is essential
• Experience as a Senior Quality Engineer, Supervisor or Quality Manager is essential
• A degree, HNC, or HND in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline — or equivalent relevant experience is desirable

Hours

• Monday – Thursday, 12:30 p.m. finish on Friday
