Hours
Typically, start at 8 and finish at 4:30. Work over 9 hours a day is paid at overtime rates.

About the role
In your role as Service and Installation Engineer you will provide all aspects of on‑site servicing, repairs and installation works covering domestic and commercial contracts throughout the UK. On call duty and standby may be required on a rotary basis to allow for 24/7 service cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Maintain accurate data using a mobile device (customer, asset & contract information)
- Carrying out site surveys and providing relevant information to the office
- Actively be aware of opportunities to promote Client’s Services
- Perform Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
- Perform advanced fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
- Lead and assist with on‑site pre‑installation surveys and on‑site installation of pumps and pressurised systems
- Complete and submit all required paperwork
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary
- Provide accurate to the relevant department or Manager
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
- Advanced fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
- Installations of pumps and pressurised systems
- Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems
- UK Driving Licence
- Organised and self‑motivated
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused
- A pleasant and friendly ‘can do’ attitude
- Health and Safety training required for the role
- Good time keeping
- Be flexible and adaptable
